I didn't receive my confirmation message, what's wrong?
I can't activate my account, what's wrong?
I can't login at the site, what's wrong?
I still can't login at the site, please help me?
I can login at the site but not at the Forum, what's wrong?

Make sure you entered a valid email address! Otherwise a confirmation message can never reach you!

Be sure to check your junkmail folder (or security settings), possibly your email provider blocks our email. Also check if your inbox is full!

Check if your signup has been submitted to our database. Go to the 'resend password' page and submit the email address you entered at signup. If you get an email message back with a blank for the password, your signup information unfortunately didn't make it into our database.

If this is the case, please try to register again.

If the activation link doesn't work, try to copy and paste it manually into your browser's address bar.

Make sure you used the correct information and didn't make any errors. Also check if CAPSLOCK might be active.

Before you can login, you first need to activate your account by following the link in the confirmation message. This message was sent to the email address you submitted when signing up. If you don't activate your account you can't login!

When you activate your account or use the login form you should be logged in. If this doesn't happen, check if your browser has cookies enabled. The site depends on cookies to store your login information. Without cookies enabled, you can't access the members-only pages!

If you keep having problems, try to delete old cookies and/or clear your browsers' cache (warning: this may delete all your current stored cookies). Also, be sure to check the box next to 'Remember me' to save your login information.

When the problem still persists, contact us. To help you, we need the following information:

• Your loginname, password and email address
• Your browser type/version
• Your operating system type/version

If you've signed up before May 20, you can't use the same login information as for the site to login at the Forum. You need to signup seperately to start posting.

When you've signed up after May 20, you can use the same information you use for the site to login at the Forum.
